The mission of the CHS Athletics Strength & Conditioning Program is to build a consistent culture of strength and athleticism among

CHS Student-Athletes across all Varsity sports.
BEGINS: Monday, October 22, 2018.
WHEN: 7:00am – 7:45am – Mon, Tues, Thurs
WHERE: CHS Weight Room and Workout Facilities
TRAINER/COACH: Coach Kelly Dawsey

This is one option for off season strength and conditioning. We will be offering after school options as well. The important thing is that we are doing something to get better.
