Players and coaches will be staying at the Best Western Plus, Kingsland GA. The Booster Club is paying for their rooms.

If you would like to stay at the same hotel, there are rooms available. Please call ASAP (preferably today, Saturday) and mention that you are coming with Campbell HS Softball who are playing Camden County HS in the state playoff.

Depending on the outcome of the games, there is a possibility the team will not play Saturday. Book for the number of nights you think you’ll need. Please review Coach’s itinerary.

7:30-8:15am team breakfast (continental)
8:15-10:30am relax in rooms
10:30-11:00 team meeting
11:00-11:30 team lunch (booster club)
11:30-12:00pm change/game prep
12:15pm depart for field

2:00pm Game 1
4:00pm Game 2

6:00-8:00pm team dinner

Saturday, October 14

7:00-8:00am team breakfast (continental)

State Tournament Trip Policies:

1.  Players will travel to and from the hotel/games as a team, on the bus.

2.  Players can leave with parent after we complete our games. Parents will sign their player out to ensure we have an accurate count.

3.  Players will sleep in assigned rooms as a team.

4.  Players should have enough money for 3 meals.

5.  Parents will not be able to ride the bus, eat with the team, or sleep in their player’s room.

Parents:
You are responsible for your own travel and lodging arrangements. You are also responsible for 3 meals for your player. The school is providing transportation for the team. The booster club is providing lodging for 2 nights and one meal (Friday Lunch) for the team. We will eat continental breakfast provided by the hotel. Parents can sign their player out if you want them to ride home with you.

Good morning! The girls have made history and that means we need to discuss our future schedule. I have provided the region tournament information. We will not know for sure who we play in the state tournament until October 8th. The tentative plan without knowing all the details is as follows:

October 13 leave CHS enroute to (Lowndes, Colquitt, Tift, or Camden)

October 13 Play 2 games (best of 3 series)

Stay the night

October 14th Play a 3rd game if necessary

October 14 Head back to Campbell
