2015 Softball Budget

Good morning Spartans. I am posting our 2015 Softball Budget for your review. I will update this budget when money is received or spent. I want our finances to be as transparent as possible as I believe it will help you understand where your player fees, donations, sponsorship are being collected/spent. We have 2 separate accounts. One account that will go to tournament fees, uniform needs, and field maintenance, etc.. The other account has been designated as our dugout account. Keep in mind that we also have booster club account that is currently being set up. I will give those details when I have them. I cannot stress enough how important it is for us to fund raise and/or pay our player fees. We currently have 40 play dates on the calendar for between JV/Varsity. We need game balls, field paint, gas for mowers, weed and ant killer, fertilizer, clay, bases, and tournament fees.

In the past the program has just played a limited amount of games and only fielded a varsity team. We are now playing 28 varsity games and I would like to schedule 17 JV games. Campbell Softball is on the way up and we need your help in making it happen. Please contact me if you have any questions or suggestions.
