All CHS athletes can visit Peidmont UrgentCare in Smyrna to get a FREE Sports Physical in July. You must show your school ID or Synergy class schedule to redeem. PLEASE complete the Cobb Sports Physical Form prior to your visit to expedite the process.
No excuse you can get your physical on the following dates:
Rising 9th = July 1-7th
Rising 10th = July 8-14th
Rising 11th = July 15-21st
Rising 12th = July 22-28th
